We will delve into how prolonged screen time and constant digital stimulation can lead to increased feelings of anxiety, distraction, and even sleep disturbances. Additionally, we'll examine the potential effects on cognitive functions such as memory, attention span, and creativity, as well as the impact on physical health due to sedentary behavior and disrupted sleep patterns.
